How does it work?
AIESEC interns stand apart from the average person, having passed a rigorous screening and selection process. After matching the best people to each role based on criteria set, the final selection of candidates is always up to the employer after an interview process. AIESEC handles all logistics pre-arrival as well as ongoing communication and community involvement for the intern for the duration of the placement.

Administrative Details
- Duration: 6 weeks to 18 months
- Start and End Dates: Any time of the year
- Turnaround time: 6-12 weeks
- Program fee: $4000* *Price negotiable
- Procedure: A non refundable $1000 deposit begins the matching process, with the remainder paid on the final selection of the intern.
- Wages: Local graduate salary
- Tax and Superannuation: Considered residents for tax purposes if position is more than 6 months
